Roller, roman, venetian, vertical and panel blinds, plus Veri Shades. Roller blinds suit almost any window; roman blinds add softness; venetian blinds give fine light control; panel and vertical blinds and Veri Shades cover sliding doors.

Sunscreen fabric is a woven screen that cuts glare while letting you see out during the day. If you want both a
view and darkness, layer a sunscreen blind or sheer curtain with a blockout curtain, or pair plantation shutters
with blockout curtains in a bedroom. Timber blinds use Kiri timber, which keeps larger blinds light enough to
raise easily.

Start with the opening: standard windows suit most styles, while sliding doors and wide windows need a
product that draws or stacks to one side.

Vertical blinds come in 89mm or 127mm slats and draw across the window like a curtain, which makes them a practical choice for wide sliding doors.
Layering is common in bedrooms and living rooms. A sunscreen roller blind handles glare during the day, and a curtain on a separate track adds warmth and privacy at night. Your consultant can measure for both at the
same visit.
Fabrics, Colours, Controls and Motorisation
Every order is built to your choices, from the fabric to the way it opens. Choose from room darkening, translucent, sunscreen, plain and patterned fabrics in a wide colour range, then pick chain, wand or cordless
operation.
For motorised blinds we use Somfy motors, including the battery-powered Wirefree option that needs no
cabling and Sonesse quiet motors. Add a remote, a timer or a wall switch, and set blinds to close on their own in the afternoon sun.

How much do indoor blinds cost?
The price depends on the type of blind, the fabric, the window size, the control and whether it is motorised. A free measure gives you a written quote.
Curtains vs blinds: which should I choose?
Choose curtains for softness and full-height windows, and blinds for a neat fit and easy cleaning. Many rooms use both: a blind for daytime light control and curtains for warmth and darkness at night.
How do you clean roller blinds?
Dust or vacuum roller blinds with a soft brush attachment, then spot clean marks with mild soapy water and a soft cloth. Check the advice for your fabric before using anything stronger.
Which blinds block out the most light?
Blockout roller and roman blinds and blockout curtains block the most light. Mount them to cover the edges of the window, or add curtains over a blind to close side gaps.
Can indoor blinds be motorised?
Yes. Most of our blinds can be motorised and run from a remote, a timer or a wall switch. Battery motors avoid the need for new wiring.
Which blinds and shutters suit bathrooms and kitchens?

How long do custom blinds take?
Custom blinds usually take from an approved quote to installation. Shutters and curtains have their own lead times, which your consultant confirms.
Do you install indoor blinds outside Sydney?
We install across Sydney Metro, including the Lower Blue Mountains. Outside that area we supply blinds made to your measurements, ready for you to fit.
